We are now looking for an Orthopedic Engineer to TeamOlmed in Linköping.

In Östergötland, we are currently active at three hospitals: University Hospital in Linköping, Vrinnevisjukhuset in Norrköping, and the hospital in Motala. We currently have about 45 employees, of which 19 are in Linköping. Through our agreement with Region Östergötland, we provide orthopedic technical care to the region. Our units also have stores connected to the orthopedic technical department aimed at the growing privately funded care.

Your responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Engineer, you will assist patients with analysis, adaptation, and prescription of orthopedic technical aids. You will work broadly with a certain focus on children's aids. A common feature of all our units in the region is that orthopedic technical care is conducted in close collaboration with specialized care and primary care. In patient work, you will be part of a team with doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. On-call duty will be part of the position, where you will assist patients across all areas and age groups. You will be offered a varied job where the use of modern technical and clinical methods permeates daily work.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is a licensed Orthopedic Engineer. It is advantageous if you have experience in clinical work as an Orthopedic Engineer and/or if you have worked with children's aids. You have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, we would like you to be communicative, service-oriented, and flexible. You are responsible and have an easy time building good relationships. We also see that you are self-driven, creative, and meticulous in your work. Employment

Full-time, permanent. A 6-month probationary period applies. Start date according to agreement. TeamOlmed has a collective agreement.
